Kristin is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors

She graduated with her Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.

After graduating from her Masters program, Kristin went on to train in Family Based Therapy for Eating Disorders at the Ackerman Institute for the Family in New York, as well as at Stanford University in California.

Kristin is passionate about helping her clients reach their full potential by working through barriers that are preventing them from reaching their goals.
Her approach is simple, she gets to know the client and understand the world through their unique set of lenses. Once the client/counsellor relationship is well established, collaborative work towards setting and achieving goals, as well as stocking a “tool box” can begin.

It is Kristin’s belief that everything an individual wants to accomplish they can if they truly believe they are capable and have the necessary tools to reach their goals.

On the personal front, Kristin lives in gorgeous Kelowna, BC, she has a house, a fabulous husband, and two amazing daughters. She is an avid runner, traveller, reader, skiier and lover of all things outdoors.

It always seems impossible until it is done.
